Assessments & Studies new

Ever wonder if you have the following questions:

  • How do I implement the studies and assessments?
  • How do I analyze the cost efficiency and effectiveness of projects?
  • How do I transition from Legacy systems to Modern system without impact to Operations?
  • How can I get my operators and technicians more training?
  • What are my system vulnerabilities? What system redundancy can I improve upon?
  • What do I need in order to succeed post works?
  • Man these infrastructure upgrade seems expensive, how can I get help with this?
  • Equipment upgrades are only hardware upgrade but how I can implement a software program for resiliency with my staff?
  • How can I get immediate notification or warning of imminent failure or a Preventative Maintenance (PM) due?

Preliminary assessments, load studies, and provide recommendations are the basis of improvements in accordance with several guidelines including LEED, AHSRAE, Dept of Energy, and VA CFM TIL guidelines for any projects.

Part of the investigations is knowing how units are performing and also how the system is reacting to load. Sometimes building owners don’t know where to start and we’re able to come in and come up with a program and develop one for the owner and see it through.

From Primary-Variable to Primary-Secondary Chillers, we’re able to optimize operations within central plants. In addition, we’re able to assess Air Handling Units or Roof Top Units to see if they’re meeting objectives. At the end of HVAC system, we’re also able to assess the load at the terminal ends including VAVs, FCUs, and Critical Rooms such as data rooms, isolation, and negative/positive pressure rooms.
